Silver Software believes all of its employees development and training is key to getting the best from our employees. To monitor progress and to recognise need for training and devekopment half-yearly appraisals are held where training is identified and a development program for each employee drawn up and a series of objectives put in place for progress and development to be measured against. This allows a tailored traning and development plan for every employee within Silver Software.

Such training opportunities are provided through numerous medium, such as:

  • Classroom training sessions
  • CBT
  • Seminars
  • Mentoring
  • On the Job training
Silver Software believes in identifying, developing and nurturing talented and motivated minds. As an outcome of the Campus Recruitment drive conducted every year, the batch of Engineering Graduates joining the organisation the next year, undergo a rigorous three months Graduate Training Programme, known as the Fast Track Programme. This course covers the various aspects of Software Engineering, Languages, Testing Concepts and Tools, Quality Management System and Interpersonal Skills. The performance of the trainees during and at the end of the programme is assessed and based on their talent, interest and performance, placed in the appropriate departments/projects .
