Silver Software believes that for a healthy and successful work atmosphere an employee needs to enjoy his time at work. It is for this purpose that Silver Club was started to cater to the social aspect of the company. Silver Club is responsible for organising events such as trekking, white water rafting, rock climbing, bowling and the celebration of important festivals. Membership to this club is voluntary and the current teams across our offices have so far succeeded in grabbing the attention of fellow employees and ensuring that all have a gala time at all events.
 
Silver Club also ensures that many team-building activities are organized so that the relationships enjoyed by the employees are strengthened.
