Parminder Singh set up Silver Software in the UK in 1995 (as Silver Penny) with the prime focus of providing value added software services in the niche area of High Integrity Systems. Recognising the high potential of the talent pool in the Indian market and anticipating its infrastructural boom, Parminder set up the Bangalore office in India in 1998.
Parminder graduated in Civil Engineering in 1989 and started his career in Real Time Systems with Sema Group, working on Command Control Systems for surface and sub-surface vehicles. Moving on, he developed avionics systems for Smith Aerospace and Defence in collaboration with Rolls Royce and BMW.
Parminder is an advisor to a range of business and lives in London, England.

Senthil Kumaran, set up the India office in 1998 from scratch and has since then, played a pivotal role in its achieving its current capability in the global market.
After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, Senthil worked for a multi-national real-time software development company in Bangalore during which time he undertook a number of international assignments. He worked on a range of civil and military programmes before establishing Silver Software's office in Bangalore.
Senthil, in the more recent years, has contributed significantly to Silver Software's Business Development, Infrastructure and HR functions. He was actively involved in advocating the CMMi L4 and L5 drives and assessments.

| Phil Godfrey- Head of Operations |

Phil Godfrey joined Silver Software in its early days and has progressed from Silver Software's first Programme Manager to Head of Operations. The operations function is focused on expediting the "work in progress" efficiently and effectively with complete customer satisfaction, thus ensuring Silver Software as the supplier of choice.
Phil is qualified in both Electronic and Electrical Engineering. Phil began his career with an industrial apprenticeship in South Wales. Following his initial training Phil moved to the Nuclear Power Industry where, over an active twenty year period, he was involved in major installation and modification projects on operational Nuclear Power Stations across the UK. During this time Phil gained extensive training and hands on experience in multi-disciplined full lifecycle programmes, leading to his recognition as an expert in project management and supplier contract management in safety related environments. Phil is accredited as a Chartered Engineer and is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, UK. During this time with the Nuclear Industry, Phil also pursued further academic study and graduated in Electronic Engineering. Following his experience in the nuclear industry and prior to joining Silver Software, Phil has worked successfully for some major UK and US companies. Undertaking Senior Programme Management roles in Rail, Telecom and Avionics domains, Phil gained expertise in managing new technologies and global teams. |

| Steve Tugwell- Head of Consultancy |

Steve Tugwell joined Silver Software as a Project Manager and has since been pivotal in Silver Software's successful growth by performing various roles including Account Manager and Programme Manager. In June 2006 Steve was appointed Consultancy Head for Silver Software. Steve's group provides consultancy services to our clients in Project Management, Software Engineering and Safety Engineering.
Steve began his career with an industrial apprenticeship resulting in his qualification as an Electronics Engineer and his first non apprentice appointment as Junior Software Engineer. After 8 years in software engineering and having successfully delivered several full lifecycle projects for significant international projects, Steve was promoted into a software project management role. In performing this role,Steve successfully delivered international projects for world leaders in the rail and utility industries. Before joining Silver Software, Steve was a Department Manager at Schneider Electric Limited with responsibility for project profitability on a number of concurrent international projects. |

M N Anantha has grown with Silver Software since its early years; from being a Technical Consultant,with additional responsibilities as SEPG Head,to being a Programme Manager handling many of the high profile projects for leading clients in Europe and the US. He took over as Projects Head in India in Sept 2005 with a focus on delivering projects to the complete satisfaction of clients.
Anantha began his career as a trainee design engineer in a Bio-Medical company in Bangalore after graduating in Instrumentation Engineering from Mysore University. He then went on to acquire an M.Tech in Electronics from Bangalore University. Subsequently,he worked on various software development projects including real time simulation projects for mission critical systems.
Anantha has contributed significantly in Silver Software in the areas of software development, project management, programme management, process development and process management. He has also made significant contributions in the company's journey towards ISO 9001:2000, CMMI L4 and L5. |

| Tony Scragg - Head of Projects – UK |

Tony Scragg joined Silver Software as a project manager responsible for delivery of strategic aerospace software projects. In July 2007 Tony was appointed Head of Projects – UK, with responsibility for delivery of all UK projects and the development of long term client relationships.
Tony graduated from Bristol University with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 1979 and began his career as a research engineer in high speed digital and analogue circuits with radar applications, developing through team leader roles before specialising in project management with increasing emphasis on software development. Tony is accredited as a Chartered Engineer and is a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), UK. Prior to joining Silver Software Tony successfully worked as a programme manger responsible for the delivery of major full lifecycle software development projects of national importance mainly in the defence industry. |

| Sathish Narayana Paniker - Telecoms Delivery Manager |

Sathish Narayana Paniker joined Silver Software with the prime focus of setting up and managing the telecom division. Sathish is responsible for all aspects of running the business and delivery of all the projects under the telecom umbrella to meet the specified operating margins and support in soliciting clients, marketing and promotion.
Sathish has over fourteen years of software engineering experience with varied roles from development, project management, program management and setting up CoE for new verticals. With a BE in Computer Science and Engineering in 1992, Satish started his career as a developer in Saastha Products followed by Aspect-DCM. He worked with BAeHAL for five years in various avionics and railway signalling projects; wherein he was instrumental in winning a considerably large project in Air Traffic Control System. In 1999, Sathish joined Sony’s R&D division at Bangalore where he published papers and also filed a patent in Automatic Remote Product Testing using reflection technology. At Telesoft, he played a key role in designing and developing the EMS for UK’s Orange network and an IN application for Telia.
Before joining Silver Software, Satish worked with iGATE for 4 years, on various software services; primarily in telecom and network security. There, he played the role of Group Project Manager for program engagements and had also setup the Centre of Excellence in displaying and executing the projects in these domains.

Siva Kumar has successfully led Silver Software‘s global process improvement initiatives of CMMI L5 and AS 9100B for its development centers in India and the UK. Siva is currently driving the ISO 27001 initiative.
Siva has over 18 years of experience in the fields of IT education, IT infrastructure management, telecom software development, project management, software quality assurance and software process improvements. He has helped a number of software organisations in the USA, UK and India in their process improvement journeys using CMM, CMMI, People CMM, ISO 9001:2000, AS 9100B, Six Sigma, ITIL etc.
Siva holds an M.Tech in Computer Science and Technology and an M.Sc in Physics from Andhra University.

Joydeep Chakrabarty joined Silver Software with the initial focus of streamlining its HR practices and processes. Having played a key role in staff acquisition, appraisal procedure refining and general HR automation, he now, is championing the PCMM drive across the organization.
Joydeep has over 11 years of diverse HR experience in the Software, Networking and Hospitality industries. Silver Software’s Human Resource Department's prime focus is on the staffs' competency development, job satisfaction and hence, a high retention rate. Prior to joining Silver Software, Joydeep worked for Network Solutions. He holds a degree in English from Calcutta University and a Master in Business Administration from IMT, Gaziabad, India. |

Steve Billett joined Silver Software with the responsibility to ensure its clients receive the best possible service solutions. Steve and his team's prime role is to generate both new and repeat businesses in Silver Software's core markets.
Steve has over 15 years of experience in the Software Engineering field, in both high integrity and telecommunication markets. He started his career as a Software Engineer, and has held Team Leader, Project Leader, Project Manager and Programme Manager positions before migrating to a business development focus as an Account Manager and later as Business Development Manager. Prior to joining Silver Software Steve worked for Tertio Telecoms Ltd. Steve holds a degree in Real Time Computing from the University of Gloucestershire, UK. |
